Credit Card/Debit Card funding is available via the Client Portal for all account currencies:
AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, SGD.
Instructions
1) Go to Client Portal: https://secure.globalprime.com/
2) At the top right of the screen press Deposit.
3) Select the account you want to fund and press Next.
4) Select Credit/Debit Card - Instant Deposit - Zero fees
5) Currency is predetermined by account selection:
6) Enter the funding amount and press Deposit Now and wait for the process to complete, you will see multiple processing screens followed by either Verified by Visa or SecureCode by MasterCard checks.
7) Transaction will be successful, click Finish.
8) Click Continue.
9) Click Got it, Thanks
Note: If the deposit fails, trying again with a smaller size might make the deposit successful, as there are multiple acquirers, this is a suggested first option if you encounter problems with depositing via card.
